The head chef has planned a delicious festive menu that has something for everyone. Why not start with Welsh Gin Cured Salmon, Crab and King Prawn Fritter before enjoying a Pork Tenderloin wrapped in smoked bacon. For dessert go for the zesty spiced orange cake with plum sauce and Christmas pudding ice cream. Then enjoy coffee and petit fours to finish.
They have a festive lunch & early bird menu 12pm - 6pm and a lunch or dinner menu that’s ideal for your Christmas party. It’s £35 for lunch or dinner with an additional price for a DJ. There is a minimum of 10 for the restaurant and 40 in the Avalon function room.
You can also make a night of it and stay over in one of the beautiful 18 en suite rooms.
