Here at On Target Magazines Ltd we are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we might use this within our organisation.
The information you give us allows us to provide you with updates relating to the nature of our business - news and events happening across the region, via regular newsletters.
All information gathered is in accordance with current GDPR laws concerning the protection of personal information.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
There are two ways in which we collect your data:
You can sign up to be included on our mailing list by registering your email address on the home page of our website.
You can enter one of our online competitions where your information will automatically be retained.
Click the opt out button should you not wish us to do this.
WHAT WE HOLD ON OUR DATABASE
If you register on our website, we will ask for the following:
First and last name, email address, postcode and telephone number. All of these fields are optional with the exception of email.
From time to time we will ask those on our mailing list to take part in a Readership Survey.
Information gathered helps us find out more about personal preferences in regard to entertainment, and assists us in improving our services to meet the needs of the end user. Any storage of personal information will conform with GDPR law and only be used for its intended purpose - as stated above.
THIRD PARTIES
We will never share your information with a third party without your say so. The only exception to this is when you are selected as a winner of one of our competitions. When this happens, we will need to pass your email on to the venue / organiser to arrange your prize. We would always notify you via email / telephone beforehand.
